1⁄4 cup canned pumpkin
1⁄2 banana, frozen
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3⁄4 tsp ground turmeric
1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
1⁄4 tsp ground clove
a pinch of nutmeg

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add ice and blend again to desired thickness.
